A New Orleans native, Tim graduated from Brother Martin High School before attending Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. While in college, Tim was a member of the LSU Lacrosse team and President of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law International, a pre-law fraternity. Tim graduated from LSU with a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts after majoring in History and minoring in Political Science. Immediately after graduation, Tim began studying at the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center and graduated with a Juris Doctor and a Graduate’s Diploma in Comparative Law. While in law school, Tim was a member of the LSU Moot Court Board and a Senior Associate on the LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources. Tim also spent a summer in Lyon, France studying at Faculté de droit, Université Jean Moulin 3, a French law school.
Tim joined Workers’ Compensation, LLC as a law clerk while still in law school. Tim was hired as the firm’s newest attorney after graduating law school and passing the Louisiana Bar Exam. Before joining the firm, Tim spent over five years working in the Louisiana State Senate and also clerked for the Louisiana Municipal Association.
Tim’s experiences in the Louisiana State Senate offered him a first-hand look at how the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act functions and has given him a better understanding of the process workers go through when they are hurt at work. Tim understands the difficulties that come with a Workers’ Compensation claim and enjoys fighting for hard-working people.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys supporting the New Orleans Saints and the LSU Tigers. Tim also enjoys spending time with his friends and family and playing lacrosse for the New Orleans Jesters.
Tim is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts.
